Key Responsibilities and Job Elements
As a Part-Time Remote Operations Manager, you'll be responsible for:
- Supporting, mentoring, and motivating your hourly workforce to achieve exceptional results
- Managing safety, quality, productivity, and customer delivery promises to ensure seamless operations
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including Safety, Engineering, Loss Prevention, Quality Assurance, and Human Resources, to develop plans that meet business objectives
- Lifting up to 49 pounds and frequently pushing, pulling, squatting, bending, and reaching to perform tasks
- Standing or walking for up to 12 hours during shifts in a fast-paced environment
- Working in an environment with varying noise levels and temperatures
- Continuously climbing and descending stairs (applicable to sites with stairs)
