Job Summary

As a Customer Support Specialist at arenaflex, you'll be the first point of contact for customers entering our stores. You'll be responsible for uncovering customers' needs, providing meaningful solutions, and guiding them through the sales process. Your role will also involve maintaining visual merchandising, assisting team members, and staying up-to-date with the latest products and initiatives. Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer service, addressing customer inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner

  • Conduct product demonstrations, answer questions, and make recommendations to customers

Essential Qualifications

  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods
