Job Summary

We're currently seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Online Chat Support Specialist to join our team on a part-time basis. As a key member of our support team, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through live chat interactions on our clients' websites and social media platforms. Key Responsibilities

As an Online Chat Support Specialist with arenaflex, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Responding to live chat messages on clients' websites and social media platforms in a timely and professional manner
  • Addressing customer inquiries, providing product information, and resolving issues in a friendly and courteous manner
  • Sharing sales links and offering discounts to customers as needed
  • Utilizing our proprietary chat tools to manage multiple conversations simultaneously
  • Collaborating with our team to ensure seamless customer experiences across all channels

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Reliable internet connection and access to a device capable of accessing social media and website chat functions (e.g., phone, tablet, or laptop)
  • Ability to follow instructions and work independently
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends

Preferred Qualifications

While prior experience is not necessary, we do prefer candidates with:

  • Previous customer service experience, either in-person or online
  • Familiarity with live chat software and social media platforms
  • Basic computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
