Experienced Data Entry Analyst – Remote Opportunity at arenaflex

Why you'll love this role

* As a Data Entry Analyst, you'll be responsible for maintaining legal and administrative compliance by researching and communicating requirements.

• You'll work closely with the HR Consistency group and Activities, handling tasks such as acquiring fingerprint/individual verification results and processing unique fingerprint release letters.
• You'll also maintain relationships with TSA, Airport Power Sheets, U.S. Customs, and U.S. Postal Services, as well as faxing and checking US Customs results.
• Your expertise will be essential in processing daily FBI fingerprints into Access databases and investigating any database issues.
• You'll plan and analyze HR Consistency data between different records, working closely with HRIS and EC systems.
• In this role, you'll conduct high-level analyses, create custom reports/dashboards, and standardize all data used for HR Consistency.
• You'll interact with clients and colleagues on a daily basis, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.
• You'll review completed Unique Fingerprint Applications and check for accuracy, as well as retransmitting fingerprints to the TSA Clearinghouse.

Minimum Qualifications

+ Bachelor's Degree + 3 years of experience in HR

Preferred Qualifications

+ Experience with Criminal History Records Check (CHRC) + Familiarity with the TSA Clearinghouse database

Essential Skills and Competencies

+ Proficiency in advanced Excel skills, including designing, creating complex equations, and Vlookup + Knowledge of advanced Access skills + Ability to decipher large datasets to create meaningful reports + Strong analytical and problem-solving skills + Excellent communication and interpersonal skills + Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously + Demonstrated critical thinking skills + Ability to regulate fair and consistent use of organizational policies and government requirements + Ability to educate specialty units on government requirements, internal and external processes, and results + Ability to work effectively in a team environment + Familiarity with Criminal History Records Check (CHRC) applications + Familiarity with the TSA Clearinghouse database
