The Role
As a Customer Service Representative with arenaflex, you will be responsible for:
- Assisting members with their pharmacy benefit plans, including answering questions about prescription insurance, medication coverage, and mail order prescriptions
- Providing solutions to help simplify our customers' healthcare experience
- Taking inbound calls and resolving member inquiries in a timely and professional manner
- Collaborating with our team to ensure that our members receive the highest level of service and support
- Maintaining a high level of knowledge about our products and services, as well as relevant industry trends and developments

Essential Qualifications
* 6 months of experience interacting with customers in a call center, retail, customer service environment, hospitality industry, or military experience
- Verifiable High School diploma, GED, or equivalent
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Preferred Qualifications
* 1 year of experience working in a Call Center environment or Healthcare related field
- 6 months of work from home experience
- Healthcare certification (e.g. Med Assistant) a plus
