General Cleaner

As a Janitorial Services Specialist, you play a pivotal role in our success. We are currently hiring for both Full-Time and Part-Time positions to ensure exceptional service round the clock.

Job Details:

• Pay Rate: $11-$13 per hour
• Working Hours: Monday-Friday, All Shifts Available (Between 7am-11pm)
• Weekend Work: Required depending on Customer needs
• Total Weekly Hours: Varies for Full-Time and Part-Time positions

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of restrooms, breakrooms, and other designated areas.
• Collect and dispose of trash, ensuring proper replacement of trash bags.
• Perform floor cleaning tasks, including sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, and vacuuming.
• Dust furniture, walls, and other surfaces, and polish windows for a sparkling environment.
• Operate cleaning equipment and use supplies following Kimco standards for quality service.
• Securely lock doors to ensure building security and safety.

Qualifications:

• Prior experience (at least 6 months) in janitorial services or commercial cleaning is preferred.
• Ability to bend, stoop, stand, walk, reach, and climb for extended periods of time.
• Capable of lifting up to 30 lbs. consistently and occasionally up to 50 lbs. unassisted.
• A positive team player with a can-do attitude.
