Job Title: Business Data Analyst (Junior)

Job Summary:We are seeking a talented and driven Business Data Analyst (Junior) to join our team. As a key member of our data analytics department, you will play a vital role in transforming raw data into actionable insights, enabling informed business decisions. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities that drive efficiency and growth.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with various teams to gather and analyze data from multiple sources.
  • Cleanse, validate, and transform data to ensure accuracy and consistency.
  • Utilize advanced analytical techniques to interpret data and produce meaningful reports.
  • Identify key performance indicators (KPIs) and develop dashboards for monitoring business performance.
  • Conduct in-depth analyses to uncover business opportunities and areas for improvement.
  • Assist in the development of data models and algorithms to support business objectives.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in data analytics.
  • Communicate findings and insights to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
  • Provide support in ad-hoc data analysis requests from various departments.
  • Collaborate in the continuous improvement of data collection and analysis processes.

  • Required Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in data analysis, either through internships or academic projects.
  • Proficiency in data manipulation and analysis using SQL, Excel, or other data analysis tools.
  • Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar.
  • Strong analytical mindset and the ability to work with large datasets.
  • Basic understanding of statistical methods and concepts.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • A detail-oriented approach to data accuracy and validation.
  • A self-starter with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a passion for uncovering insights from data.
