Technical Troubleshooting: Diagnose hardware and software issues accurately and efficiently. Offer comprehensive solutions to resolve customer problems.
Appointment Scheduling: Assist customers in booking service appointments at our Apple retail locations or arrange for device repairs as needed.
Documentation: Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, service requests, and resolutions in our CRM system.
Team Collaboration: Collaborate with fellow Apple Service Advisors, Apple Geniuses, and technicians to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Passion for Apple products and a strong desire to share that passion with customers.
- Previous customer service experience preferred.
- Technical aptitude and a quick learner when it comes to new technology.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
