This is a full-time contractor role requiring broadcast-quality output under tight 48-hour delivery timelines.The ideal candidate is a storyteller who understands the rhythm of interview-style content and can produce polished, professional results consistently every week.Key ResponsibilitiesEdit 1–2 weekly podcast episodes (17–20 minutes each) from raw studio and Riverside.fm footageSync multi-source recordings and perform professional colour correctionMaster audio for a polished, broadcast-quality finishCreate 3–5 high-quality short-form clips (30–90 seconds) per episode for social media distributionDeliver complete "publish packs" including all exports and project files for each episodeRequirements3+ years of professional video editing experience1+ year specifically editing conversational or interview-format contentProficiency in Descript and Riverside.fm is requiredDaily 3–4 hour overlap with Pacific Daylight Time (PDT)Ability to work as a full-time contractorPhilippines-based applicants onlyWhat Makes This Role UniqueYou will own the post-production pipeline for a flagship political podcast, Power Struggle, with clear creative and technical ownership.
