Job Summary

We're seeking a highly motivated and organized Customer Service Representative to coordinate customer equipment repairs from start to finish. This role requires strong communication and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work effectively with various stakeholders, including repair technicians, manufacturing and logistics personnel. Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

  • Overseeing customer repair requests from start to finish, ensuring timely and efficient resolution of issues
  • Working closely with repair technicians to schedule and prioritize customer repairs, ensuring optimal resource allocation and minimizing downtime
  • Ensuring accurate and timely invoicing, including sending invoices to customers and resolving any billing discrepancies
  • Running reports and analyzing data to identify areas for process improvement and recommend changes to enhance productivity and efficiency
  • Participating in and/or leading improvement activities to meet or exceed service goals, collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive results

Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A Bachelor's degree and 2-5 years of customer service experience, or a combination of education and experience and/or demonstrated accomplishments
  • Excellent attention to detail, with a focus on accuracy and precision
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with various stakeholders
  • Ability to pass a background check and drug screen
  • A self-starter mentality, with a passion for process improvement and a willingness to take ownership of projects and initiatives

Schedule and Location

This is a non-remote position, requiring on-site work in Bartlesville, OK. The schedule is Monday-Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m., with 40 hours of work per week.
