Job Description

As a Customer Support Specialist at arenaflex, you will play a critical role in ensuring our customers receive the best possible service while shopping for their pets. You will be the first point of contact for customers, providing timely and effective solutions to their queries, concerns, and issues. Key Responsibilities:
