Officer Manager, Head of Operations

Role Overview: Our company is seeking an Officer Manager, Head of Operations to serve as the operational backbone of the company. This role is a hybrid of operations leadership, HR & onboarding, systems oversight, and light finance coordination, working closely with the Founder & CEO to ensure the business runs efficiently, scales thoughtfully, and maintains a strong internal culture. This is a highly cross-functional role ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, systems-minded, proactive, and excited to help build the infrastructure behind a fast-growing creator-led company with global ambitions.
