Collaborate with team members to support the overall mission and goals of Purdue University. Foster a positive and inclusive work culture within the PNW Staff team. Demonstrate a strong understanding of the PNW region and its unique characteristics and needs. Actively contribute to the planning and implementation of projects and initiatives to enhance the Purdue community in the PNW. Take ownership of assigned projects and responsibilities, ensuring timely and successful completion. Maintain open and effective communication with team members, superiors, and other stakeholders. Uphold the values and standards of Purdue University and the PNW Staff team. Continuously seek opportunities for professional development and growth. Provide exceptional customer service to all members of the Purdue community and external partners. Collaborate with other departments and organizations within Purdue to build strong relationships and partnerships. Follow established protocols and procedures to ensure consistency and efficiency in work. Stay updated on current trends and developments in higher education to inform decision-making and strategies. Uphold confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion. Proactively identify and address challenges and issues within the PNW region, seeking solutions and providing recommendations. Maintain accurate and detailed records of work and projects. Attend meetings, conferences, and events to represent the PNW Staff team and promote Purdue University. Continuously evaluate and improve processes and procedures to increase effectiveness and efficiency within the team. Adhere to all university policies and regulations.
