Setup and Location: Work from Home Work Schedule: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM AEST NSW | 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM PHT Employment Type: Full-Time Ready to do work that actually excites you? We are looking for a Marketing Specialist to support marketing initiatives through content creation, digital engagement, and strategic communication with partners and stakeholders. The role focuses on managing social media platforms, developing engaging visual and written content, and coordinating outreach efforts to share updates, announcements, and opportunities. This role is critical for strengthening brand visibility, supporting marketing campaigns, and ensuring consistent communication across multiple digital channels. What You’ll Do You’ll be the kind of person who: Manage and maintain social media accounts such as LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook, including creating and publishing engaging posts. Design visual content, graphics, and perform basic video editing to support digital marketing initiatives. Plan, develop, and schedule weekly and monthly social media content calendars aligned with marketing campaigns. Organize, curate, and repurpose marketing materials and content provided by internal teams. Coordinate outreach efforts with coordinators, partners, and stakeholders to communicate service updates, events, and opportunities. Maintain contact databases and track follow-ups through calls, emails, and other communication channels. Support marketing campaigns, announcements, and promotional activities to increase engagement and awareness. Conduct research on industry trends, potential events, and networking opportunities to support marketing strategies. Collaborate with management and internal teams to ensure marketing efforts align with organizational goals. Monitor engagement metrics and provide insights to improve content performance and campaign effectiveness.

Requirements

What You Bring We’re looking for someone who: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Advertising, or related field is preferred. 3+ years of experience in marketing, digital marketing, or a related field. Experience managing social media platforms such as LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook. Familiarity with social media scheduling tools and digital marketing platforms. Basic skills in video editing and visual content production for digital channels. Strong written and verbal communication skills for stakeholder outreach and content development. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and content schedules simultaneously. High attention to detail, creativity, and the ability to quickly learn new marketing tools and strategies. Industry Experience (Preferred, Not Required) Experience in: Healthcare, Community services, Insurance, Values‑driven or compliance‑heavy industries NDIS experience is a plus, but not required
