Job Description
We are seeking individuals who are passionate about sharing their opinions and experiences on various topics. As a customer service representative, you will have the opportunity to participate in paid focus groups, clinical trials, and phone interviews on a wide range of subjects, including:
- Child-related topics, such as parenting and childcare
- Cell phones, including Apple, Android, and Windows devices
- Entertainment, including TV shows, movies, and video games
- Food, including fast food, casual dining, and upscale dining
- Sports, including casual viewing and die-hard fandom
- Electronics, including devices and preferences
- Pets, including dogs, cats, and other animals
- Automobiles, including ownership, leasing, and payments
Responsibilities
As a customer service representative, your responsibilities will include:
- Arriving at least 10 minutes prior to discussion start time
- Participating in written and oral instructions
- Completing written surveys provided for each panel
- Using products and/or services, if provided, and being prepared to discuss them prior to the meeting date
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A smartphone with a working camera or a webcam on your desktop/laptop
- Access to a reliable internet connection
- A desire to fully participate in one or several of the above topics
- The ability to read, understand, and follow oral and written instructions
- No prior experience is required, but you must be able to work independently
