• Master’s Degree from an ACOTE-accredited Occupational Therapy program
• Current Arizona OT licensure
• Valid IVP fingerprint clearance card (must be obtained prior to start)
• Experience working in school settings preferred, but passionate new grads are encouraged to apply
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to adapt to diverse student needs across various age groups

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver occupational therapy services to students from Pre-K through 12th grade according to IEP goals
• Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and monitor student progress
• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to support student goals
• Maintain thorough documentation in compliance with district and legal standards
• Travel between multiple campuses as assigned (reliable transportation required)
• Attend required meetings and participate in professional development
