Role: Change Management Consultant (ERP) - Healthcare & Life Sciences Remote Work Duration: 12+ Months Pay Rate : $65 -$70/hr all inclusive. Description: We are looking for a skilled Change Management Consultant (ERP) to support large-scale ERP transformation and integration initiatives within the Healthcare & Life Sciences domain. This role focuses on driving user adoption, enabling business readiness, and ensuring smooth transitions through structured change management practices. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in ERP programs, strong stakeholder engagement capabilities, and expertise in applying PROSCI methodologies in regulated environments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the design and execution of change management strategies for ERP implementation and integration programs.
  • Apply PROSCI (ADKAR) methodology to assess change impact and drive adoption.
  • Conduct stakeholder analysis, including identification, mapping, and engagement planning.
  • Develop and deliver clear, targeted communication plans across business and technical teams.
  • Collaborate with project managers, functional leads, and SMEs to align change activities with project milestones.
  • Assess organizational readiness and support change impact assessments across functions such as regulatory, quality, clinical, and supply chain. Contribute to the development of training materials and end-user enablement programs.
  • Identify and manage resistance to change, proposing mitigation strategies. Track and report change adoption metrics and provide insights for continuous improvement.
  • Ensure alignment with compliance and regulatory standards in healthcare environments.

Must Have Requirements:

  • 8 to 10+ years of strong experience working as a Change Management Consultant on multiple ERP integration programs (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Workday). PROSCI Certification (mandatory) with practical application experience.
  • 5+ years of proven expertise in stakeholder analysis and engagement.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to tailor messaging to different audiences.
  • 5+ years of experience working in complex, cross-functional environments.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in Healthcare, Life Sciences, Pharma, or Medical Devices industries.
  • Understanding of GxP, FDA, or other regulatory frameworks.
  • Exposure to global transformation or consulting environments.
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills.
