The Role

As a Nordic-speaking Customer Support Specialist at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for assisting our customers in one of the Nordic languages (Swedish, Danish, or Norwegian) through inbound/outbound phone calls, email, and chat functions. Your primary goal will be to provide exceptional customer service and resolve routine problems related to our clients' products or services.

Key Responsibilities

* Provide great customer service to customers via phone, email, and chat

  • Find solutions for each individual customer to ensure their journey runs smoothly
  • Work collaboratively with our team to resolve customer issues and improve our services
  • Stay up-to-date with our clients' products and services to provide accurate information to customers
  • Meet or exceed performance targets and quality standards

Requirements

* Fluency in Swedish, Norwegian, or Danish (written and spoken)

  • Good command of English (written and spoken)
  • Passion and interest in customer service (previous experience is not required but valued)
  • Ability to work from home or from one of our offices in the Baltic region
  • Flexibility to work in 8.5-hour shifts, including weekdays and weekends
  • Availability to start work on multiple start dates during 2025

Location

Our offices are located in the Baltic region, including Riga, Tallinn, Tartu, and Daugavpils. You'll have the flexibility to work from home or from one of our offices, depending on your preference.
