Territory Focus: Eastern North Carolina/Virginia ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY Southern Tool Specialist, Inc. (STS) is seeking a highly motivated Industrial Sales Engineer to manage and grow our Virginia & Eastern North Carolina USA territory. This role reports directly to the Region Zone Manager and is ideal for a selfstarter who excels in technical problemsolving, independent territory management, and customerfocused solution development. Candidates must live in—or be willing to relocate to—the territory to be considered. Weekly travel requirements will vary based on business needs; 40–50% of travel is typically overnight. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage, develop, and grow sales within the North & South Carolina territory
  • Conduct onsite evaluations of customer processes
  • Identify inefficiencies and deliver engineered solutions
  • Provide technical consultation and product demonstrations
  • Collaborate with OEM and strategic partners
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships
  • Independently manage schedule, pipeline, and territory planning

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred; equivalent experience considered
  • Mechanical, industrial, or manufacturing aptitude
  • Ability to apply technical solutions to customer needs
  • Strategic problemsolver with strong communication skills
  • Persistent, resilient, and relationshiporiented
