Lead Python Developer – AI/ML
Job Title: Lead Python Developer – AI/ML Location: Remote Experience: 10+ Years Employment Type: Full-Time Visa: H4 EAD, L2S, GC, USC, or TN We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Lead Python Developer with AI/ML expertise to lead the design and development of scalable AI-driven applications and enterprise solutions. The ideal candidate will possess strong hands-on experience in Python development, backend architecture, AI/ML technologies, cloud platforms, and team leadership.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design, development, and deployment of scalable Python-based applications and AI solutions.
- Architect and develop enterprise-grade backend systems, REST APIs, and microservices.
- Collaborate with Data Scientists and AI teams to integrate Machine Learning, NLP, and Generative AI models into production applications.
- Drive technical design discussions, code reviews, and development best practices.
- Mentor and guide development teams on architecture, coding standards, and performance optimization.
- Build and optimize intelligent automation solutions using AI/ML technologies.
- Work closely with business stakeholders, product teams, and cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
- Ensure application scalability, reliability, security, and high performance.
- Implement CI/CD pipelines and support cloud-native deployments using Azure or AWS.
- Participate in Agile/Scrum activities including sprint planning, estimations, and technical leadership.

Experience Required
- 8+ years of overall IT experience
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in AI/ML or Generative AI technologies
- Strong experience in Python backend development and technical leadership
