Delivery Manager
Ciklum is looking for a Delivery Manager to join our team full-time in Poland. About the role: As a Delivery Manager, become a part of a cross-functional development team engineering experiences of tomorrow. The Project: We are partnering with B&R Industrial Automation to significantly upgrade the Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) architecture of their AS Copilot system. Our goal is to drastically reduce AI hallucinations in code generation and optimize retrieval latency without re-architecting their existing platform. Responsibilities: Act as the primary point of contact for B&R stakeholders, managing project health and driving team performance across the delivery pipeline Govern sprint delivery, SAFe alignment, milestone tracking, and KPI scorecard governance through strict phase gates Shape delivery solutions, manage the project RAID log, handle Change Requests (CRs), and track key performance metrics Balance competing priorities, scope, and resources to ensure timely outcomes, specifically targeting the final December 2026 delivery deadline Delivery Governance: Create, implement, and manage project delivery plans, tracking progress against strict milestone phase gates (M1 to M6) and adjusting timelines as needed Financial & Scope Control: Manage project financials across a hybrid commercial model (T&M to Fixed Price transition), handling budgeting, forecasting, and KPI-linked incentive tracking Risk Management: Identify and escalate delivery risks early, own the RAID log, and lead issue resolution using the defined Class A/B/C escalation matrix Agile Collaboration: Coordinate all internal and external stakeholders, lead Agile practices, and ensure seamless SAFe alignment between Ciklum ML engineers and B&R Product Owners Onboarding & Team Health: Oversee project ramp-up, environment readiness audits, and mentor team members to ensure a smooth, high-performing delivery engagement Requirements: Background: 4–6 years of experience managing IT delivery projects across multiple teams, backed by a Bachelor’s or Master's degree in IT, Engineering, or Business Agile Expertise: Deep knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and specific hands-on experience with SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework). Must hold a Certified Scrum Master, Product Owner, or equivalent Agile delivery certification Commercial Acumen: Proficient in contract interpretation (SOW, MSA), change management, and managing delivery financials including budgets, forecasts, and profitability Technical Understanding: Solid understanding of core technology stack components and delivery metrics (velocity, team health, DORA) to effectively assess technical implications and collaborate with development teams Soft Skills: Advanced English (C1+) for written and verbal communication, coupled with a proactive approach to client stakeholder management and team coaching What`s in it for you?
