Location: Latin America - Fully Remote Your Mission: Day to Day Responsibilities Analyze investment opportunities across multiple real estate markets Build and maintain financial models for acquisitions and development projects Prepare deal proformas to assess returns, feasibility, and risk Support due diligence for new acquisition opportunities Research market trends and identify emerging investment opportunities Partner with acquisitions and leadership teams on investment strategy Prepare reports and presentations for leadership and investment discussions Help maintain a competitive pipeline of growth opportunities Your Toolbox: Skills to be Successful Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field 2+ years of experience in financial analysis or real estate investment analysis Strong financial modeling and analytical skills Knowledge of commercial real estate valuation and investment analysis Advanced Excel skills and comfort with financial modeling tools High attention to detail and strong organizational abilities Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment Your Perks: What's in it for you Working completely remote Location independence Collaborative, supportive team environment Opportunity to grow with a rapidly expanding acquisitions team Collaborative culture with strong leadership exposure Why Adaptive Teams?
