Scrum Master

We are looking for a Scrum Master experienced in working with cross functional Scrum Teams, communicative, proactive, willing to travel, with can-do attitude. to strengthen our HMI service line. This person will focus on two projects - kitchen appliance and electric bikes. REQUIREMENTS Based in Poland. Proven experience as a Scrum Master, Agile Coach or similar (min 2-3 years). Experience working in software development environments. Experience with Agile tools (e.g. Jira, Confluence, Miro) Scrum certification (PSM, CSM, SAFe). English (at least B2) Nice To Have Experience in scaled environments (e.g. SAFe, LeSS) German RESPONSIBILITIES Facilitate Scrum meetings (Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Reviews, Retrospectives) and ensure they are effective and time-boxed. Support team self-organization, accountability, and cross-functionality Identify and remove impediments to ensure smooth and predictable delivery. Foster a culture of continuous improvement through regular retrospectives and actionable insights. Collaborate closely with the Product Owner to ensure a clear, well-structured, and prioritized backlog. Support alignment between the team and stakeholders, ensuring shared understanding of goals and priorities. Monitor and improve team health, effectiveness, and delivery outcome. Promote transparent workflows, metrics, and clear documentation practices. Facilitate open communication and knowledge sharing within the team and across the organization. Build trust by making information accessible, understandable, and actionable. Travel uarterly, for a few days (3-4). Apply To This Job
