Senior Project Manager / Estimator (Remote)
Compensation:
- Target Earnings: $100,000+ annually
- Base Per-Diem + premium commissions
- Signing bonus available
- Must know how to estimate damages using Exactimate or Houzz software.
Location:
- Remote (U.S.-based)
- Must be able to manage projects nationwide
Overview
Construction X Technologies are hiring two experienced Project Manager / Estimators to manage active accounts and oversee estimating for high-value construction and infrastructure projects. This is a senior-level role for professionals who already understand construction workflows, pricing, and client management. North Houston - South Houston This is not an entry-level position. What You’ll Be Doing
- Manage assigned construction accounts from estimating through execution. Small Sub groups.
- Prepare accurate estimates for commercial, infrastructure, and specialty projects.
- Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and administrators.
- Track project scope, pricing, and timelines
- Support deal execution and ongoing client relationships
- Ensure estimates align with real-world construction costs and margins
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience as Contractor , Project Manager, Estimator, or dual PM/Estimator
- Strong understanding of construction pricing and takeoffs
- Comfortable managing multiple projects and accounts remotely
- Clear communication and strong follow-through
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of outcomes with subs.
