We're partnering with a leading financial services company to find a talented *Senior UX/UI Designer* to support a hybrid working team. This temporary role offers an opportunity to contribute to a major organization during a 7-12 month engagement in a dynamic environment. The application deadline for this role is March 25, 2026. *Senior UX/UI Designer Responsibilities:* * Lead the end-to-end design process for digital products, from initial concepts to final implementation, ensuring user-centric solutions.

  • Develop comprehensive design artifacts such as wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and detailed specifications to guide development teams.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including researchers, content strategists, and developers, to translate insights into engaging experiences.
  • Contribute to the maintenance and enhancement of an internal design system, promoting consistency across products.
  • Conduct competitive analyses and stay informed on industry trends to identify opportunities for enhancing user experiences.

*Senior UX/UI Designer Qualifications:* * Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in design or related field.

  • Over five years of experience in user experience, interaction, UI, or digital product design.
  • Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite, with a strong portfolio showcasing complex system designs across multiple platforms.
  • Demonstrated expertise in visual design principles and accessibility standards.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present and explain design concepts clearly.
