Responsibilities

As a Seasonal Customer Relations Coordinator, you'll be responsible for:

  • Providing support to customers and field partners for all arenaflex brand stores in North America through multiple interactive channels of communication, including phone, email, and chat.
  • Demonstrating abilities in managing unique, complex, or escalated customer issues, using multiple sources of information to resolve issues efficiently.
  • Determining solutions independently, thinking creatively, and implementing rapidly with an extraordinary focus on resolution for a positive customer experience.
  • Ensuring accuracy and compliance with customer calls related to Risk Management or Social Responsibility, adhering to arenaflex's high standards of quality and service.

Key Responsibilities:

* Manage customer inquiries and issues through multiple channels of communication, including phone, email, and chat.

  • Analyze complex customer issues, using multiple sources of information to determine solutions.
  • Develop and implement creative solutions to enhance the overall customer experience.
  • Collaborate with field partners to resolve customer issues and improve service delivery.
  • Ensure accuracy and compliance with customer calls related to Risk Management or Social Responsibility.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and issue resolutions.

Requirements

To succeed as a Seasonal Customer Relations Coordinator, you'll need:

  • Proven customer service experience in a fast-paced and complex environment, with a strong track record of resolving customer issues efficiently.
  • Resourceful and solution-oriented individual with excellent communication and follow-up skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage complex issues and deescalate situations with poise and composure.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, including the ability to build rapport with customers and field partners.
  • Ability to create innovative solutions that enhance the overall customer experience.

Essential Qualifications:

* 1-2 years of customer service experience in a fast-paced and complex environment.

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and field partners.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications:

* Experience working in a call center or customer service environment.

  • Knowledge of Risk Management or Social Responsibility principles and practices.
  • Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions.
