Recruiter - Healthcare Government Contractor

Job Summary: Deypher is seeking experienced recruiter to support the placement of qualified candidates on Federal contracts in Military Treatment Facilities throughout the world. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in healthcare recruiting, exceptional organizational skills, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, compliance-driven environment. Required Qualifications:

  • Education:
  • Associate's degree in medical or business focus
  • Experience:
  • 2+ years in government healthcare recruiting
  • Healthcare recruiting is required
  • Proven ability to support multiple LCATs, including structured and competency-based interviews
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously
  • Excellent interviewing and candidate assessment skills
  • Outstanding customer service and communication skills to manage client and candidate relationships effectively
  • Proficiency with HR databases, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), and Candidate Management Systems (CMS)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with Account Managers to fully understand position requirements, qualifications, and hiring priorities
  • Source, screen, and hire qualified professionals for a wide range of healthcare roles, including physicians, nurses, specialists, technicians, and administrative staff
  • Build and maintain candidate pipelines through networking, industry contacts, professional associations, trade groups, and employee referrals
  • Conduct pre-screening and in-depth interviews to assess candidates’ skills, experience, and suitability
  • Coordinate closely with hiring managers throughout the recruitment lifecycle
  • Promote Deypher’s reputation as an employer of choice within the healthcare and federal contracting community
  • Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies to attract top talent
  • Stay current with recruiting trends, tools, and best practices; recommend improvements as needed
  • Ensure compliance with all federal, regulatory, and contractual recruitment requirements

Work Environment and Schedule: Remote/Hybrid San Antonio. Variable working hours to meet the needs of candidates to fill assigned requisitions. Physical requirements: May be required to lift 20-25 lbs independently. Position requires long periods of sitting in an office setting. Compensation & Benefits: $60,000 to $68,000 Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only.
