For our client, we are seeking a Consultant Environmental Social & Governance to join the team of a leader in the Technical Services space. This role will lead continuous improvement work focused on process discipline, productivity, and measurable operating gains. You will partner with operational leaders and project stakeholders to standardize workflows, identify bottlenecks, and improve execution quality. The position offers the opportunity to create measurable efficiency gains and scalable operational improvements within a Technical Services environment. Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available Compensation: $150,000 – $200,000 annually

Responsibilities

  • Set and execute a multi-year responsible minerals strategy and governance
  • Serve as program owner for responsible minerals due diligence and disclosures
  • Ensure audit-ready evidence and consistent executive reporting
  • Lead compliance with industry standards and provide mitigation recommendations
  • Drive continuous improvement across supplier performance and transparency

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or relevant field
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in responsible minerals sourcing
  • Experience running a responsible minerals sourcing program for a global corporation
  • Knowledge of upstream smelter/refiner validation concepts and supply chain traceability expectations
  • Strong knowledge of regulations like the US Dodd-Frank Act and EU Conflict Minerals Regulation
  • Demonstrated capability to enhance data quality using analytics and automation
