The Ekeo Group is searching for a Junior Healthcare Recruiter for a full-time permanent engagement. This role is 100% commission. Please only apply if ok with that... We are a boutique recruiting & staffing entity, that requires a junior individual that is ambitious and would like to begin/continue their career, that is currently has junior/no experience in healthcare recruiting. This role will play a pivotal role in identifying, attracting, and placing healthcare professionals in various healthcare facilities. This entry-level position offers an excellent opportunity for career growth and development within the healthcare recruitment industry. Job Requirements: • Collaborate with clients to understand their specific staffing needs, provide updates on candidate progress, and maintain strong client relationships. • Conduct initial candidate interviews, assess qualifications, verify credentials, and evaluate their compatibility with client job requirements. • Utilize various sourcing methods, including online job boards, social media, networking events, and referrals, to identify and engage potential healthcare candidates. • Match healthcare professionals with appropriate job opportunities based on their skills, experience, and preferences. • Schedule and facilitate candidate interviews with clients, providing guidance and support throughout the interview process. • Ensure all candidate and client documentation, including contracts, licenses, and certifications, are accurate, up-to-date, and compliant with industry regulations. • Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competition to adapt recruitment strategies accordingly. • Provide exceptional candidate experience by offering guidance, answering questions, and addressing concerns throughout the recruitment process. Skills/Experience: Minimum • Currently Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Human Resources, Healthcare Administration) preferred. • Previous recruitment experience or relevant internship preferred but not required. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills. • Excellent organizational and time management abilities. • Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. • Proficiency in using recruitment software and Microsoft Office Suite. • Knowledge of healthcare industry trends and terminology is a plus.
