Key Responsibilities

Partner with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business and system requirements for Quality business functions. Translate business needs into clear functional and technical specifications. Identify gaps, inefficiencies, and opportunities for process improvement. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including IT, Product Management, and Quality Operations to deliver solutions. Lead or support workshops, stakeholder meetings, and requirements sessions. Ensure deliverables are completed with minimal supervision and high accountability. Required Skills & Qualifications Experience as a Business Analyst supporting Quality Systems implementations. Strong requirements gathering, analysis, and documentation skills. Ability to translate business requirements into functional and technical specifications. Experience identifying process gaps and improvement opportunities. Strong stakeholder management and communication skills. Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. Experience collaborating with IT, Product Management, and Quality Operations teams.
