Senior Technical Project Manager – Media Solutions (VidiNet & BMS)

Vidispine GmbH delivers leading media and broadcast solutions worldwide, including cloud-based media platforms and broadcast management systems. We are looking for a Senior Technical Project Manager / Delivery Manager to lead the successful delivery of strategic customer projects across VidiNet and BMS solutions while managing and developing delivery teams. This is a client-facing leadership role combining: Technical project delivery Team leadership Operational ownership Customer and stakeholder management What You’ll Do Lead end-to-end delivery of complex customer projects and programs Manage scope, timelines, risks, escalations, and customer communication Drive project governance, status reporting, and SteerCo meetings Lead requirements gathering and support scope definition and change requests Ensure alignment between business requirements and technical delivery Own delivery KPIs including:Forecast accuracy Revenue forecast and realization Utilization Project profitability / PS margin Delivery performance Lead and mentor Professional Services Engineers and Project Managers Support hiring, coaching, performance management, and team development Drive operational excellence and continuous improvement across delivery processes What You Bring Seasoned experience in Project Management, Delivery Management, or Professional Services leadership Experience delivering complex customer-facing technical projects Experience managing direct reports and delivery teams Background in media, broadcast, MAM, or content management environments Strong understanding of:Software delivery methodologies Technical integrations and cloud environments Scope and change management Forecasting and operational KPIs Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills Fluent in German and English (written and spoken) PMP certification is a strong plus Apply To This Job
