  • Making outbound and receiving inbound calls to resolve customer inquiries and concerns
  • Thoroughly reviewing and processing loan applications through various software systems
  • Assessing candidate qualifications for loans and making informed decisions
  • Creating and updating records in our database
  • Identifying customer needs and exploring available options to meet their requirements Required Skills and Qualifications To succeed in this role, you will need
  • Excellent customer service skills and a strong ability to communicate effectively
  • A high school diploma or equivalent (GED)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Ability to remain calm and composed under pressure
  • Capacity to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment Preferred Qualifications While not required, the following qualifications will make you a strong candidate
  • 0-2 years of experience in a customer service role
  • Proficiency in web-based and cloud-based applications
