Job Description

Join our dynamic team as a Remote Chat Specialist, focusing exclusively on text-based customer support. In this crucial role, you will be the first point of contact for customers seeking assistance through chat, ensuring a high level of satisfaction and efficient problem resolution. This is a 100% remote position, offering flexibility and the opportunity to work from the comfort of your home in Bermuda. We are looking for empathetic, detail-oriented individuals who excel at written communication and can navigate multiple systems simultaneously to provide accurate and timely support. No voice interaction is required, making this an ideal role for those who prefer to communicate through text.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide prompt, professional, and accurate support to customers via live chat, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing information.
  • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by delivering exceptional service and building positive customer relationships through written communication.
  • Efficiently navigate multiple systems and tools to research, troubleshoot, and resolve customer concerns.
  • Document all customer interactions and resolutions accurately and thoroughly in the CRM system.
  • Adhere to company policies, procedures, and service level agreements (SLAs).
  • Identify opportunities to improve customer experience and contribute to team knowledge base.
  • Collaborate with team members and supervisors to continuously improve service delivery and personal performance. Required Skills
  • Excellent written communication and grammar skills in English.
  • Strong typing speed and accuracy.
  • Proficiency in using multiple software applications and web-based tools simultaneously.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote environment.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a text-based customer support role.
