Senior Manual QA Engineer

Remote, USA Full-time Posted 2026-06-15

We’re on the hunt for a Senior Manual QA Engineer who’s passionate about building products people love — and making sure they work flawlessly. If you’re excited about catching bugs before they hatch, shaping a smarter QA strategy, and collaborating with a sharp development team, this might be your next adventure. Why This Role Rocks You won’t just “test tickets.” You’ll own quality. You’ll work hand-in-hand with devs to make our software stronger, faster, and smoother — on web and desktop. You’ll get the freedom to suggest improvements, shape our QA processes, and help us move toward continuous integration and delivery. What You’ll Be Doing

  • Be the quality champion: plan, design, and run test cases for web and desktop applications.
  • Perform hands-on testing — functional, regression, integration — to make sure nothing slips through.
  • Drive and improve our QA strategy as we evolve our CI/CD pipeline.
  • Collaborate directly with developers to turn business requirements into testing requirements.
  • Spot issues early, drive resolutions, and elevate our testing standards.
  • Share your knowledge with the team and mentor others in QA best practices.

What We’re Looking For

  • 5+ years of hands-on software QA experience.
  • Solid SQL skills (PostgreSQL or similar) to dig into data.
  • Comfortable testing both desktop and web apps.
  • Linux-savvy — you know your way around the command line.
  • Experience with Git, Jira, and testing APIs/UI.
  • Upper-Intermediate or Advanced English to collaborate with our global team.
  • (Nice-to-have) Some experience with automated testing (Python) — bonus points!

Why You’ll Love Working With Us

  • You’ll have a real voice in shaping how QA works here.
  • We’re serious about quality but keep the vibe collaborative and supportive.
  • You’ll work with a forward-thinking team who loves to innovate and experiment.
  • Remote-friendly culture, flexibility, and opportunities to grow.
