Call Centre Scheduling Representative

In this role, you will be the first point of contact for clients, supporting clinic functionality by managing inbound and outbound calls to schedule appointments and assist with inquiries. This role reports directly to the National Call Centre Supervisor and plays a key part in delivering exceptional customer experiences. Contract Role: This is a 6‑month remote position with the potential to convert to a full‑time role based on business needs. While fully remote, the ideal candidate will be based in Alberta or Ontario and within 30 min of an Amplifon clinic. Additional contract details include: Compensation: $20-$21 CAD per hour (eligible for monthly incentive plan) Work Model: Remote based in Alberta or Ontario Schedule: Regular full-time hours (Mon-Fri) Career Development: Access to Ampli-Academy, team training, and additional specialized training. Benefits: This contract role does not currently offer benefits Key Responsibilities: Assist clients in selecting conveniently located Amplifon clinics and booking hearing tests or product maintenance. Manage inbound and outbound calls, emails, and other marketing-driven contacts. Follow pre-defined scripts in English while addressing consumer inquiries. Support marketing initiatives such as open houses, seminars, and campaigns. Maintain accurate client records and foster strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Provide additional support as needed, including reception, administrative tasks, and basic invoicing. Must-Have Qualifications: High school diploma or post-secondary studies. Minimum 1 year of call center experience in inbound/outbound or electronic correspondence environments. Experience in sales, marketing, or healthcare is an asset. Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. Preferred Qualifications: Strong interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with clients and colleagues. Problem-solving and organizational abilities. Proactive approach and ability to maintain professionalism. Fluency in a second language is considered an asset.
