Job Overview We are hiring motivated 1099 Outbound Sales Contractors to support our High-Volume End-of-Week and Weekend warm lead flow. This role focuses on Outbound Phone Sales to Warm leads during our PEAK CONTACT WINDOWS from Friday through Monday. Position Highlights

  • Outbound phone sales environment calling warm leads.
  • Independent Contractor (1099) opportunity.
  • Coverage Needs Friday - Monday (Weekend with High Contact & Conversion).
  • Commission-only structure with UNCAPPED WEEKLY earning potential.
  • Contractors earn $50 per completed sale (additional $10 for weekend sales) with increasing Tier Structure: $65 per sale for each that exceeds 20 weekly sales.
  • Additional weekend incentives and SPIFF opportunities.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct outbound calls to warm leads, utilizing calling techniques to establish rapport and trust.
  • Engage in B2C sales conversations, effectively negotiating terms and presenting solutions tailored to client needs.
  • Track interactions, manage leads, and maintain accurate records of customer information.
  • Provide exceptional service by addressing inquiries, overcome hesitations, and ensuring a positive experience for all prospects.
  • Develop a deep understanding of products to effectively communicate their benefits and features during calls.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in telemarketing or inside sales is preferred; familiarity with technology sales is a plus.
  • Strong negotiation skills with the ability to persuade and influence decision-makers.
  • Proficient in using software applications and adapting to changes.
  • Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to handle objections gracefully while maintaining professionalism and enthusiasm.
  • Strong customer service orientation with a focus on building long-term relationships.

Job Type: Contract Pay: $50.00 - $3,500.00 per week Benefits:
