Chief Product Owner – Operations and Analytics

Job Description:

  • Establishing and operationalizing comprehensive measurement of development team performance against internal and external milestones
  • Automating tracking and report-out of project status across many development teams
  • Working hand-in-hand with Visit Integrity Platform and R&D leadership to align product operations metrics and dashboards across AI/ML/Data Science, Application Development, and BI & Analytics.
  • Lead the VIP customer analytics strategy, aligning the analytics needs of each business area, including user productivity, feature adoption, utilization, and customer ROI (both portfolio-wide and customer-specific)
  • Acting as the central orchestrator between business Product Owners and BI & Analytics teams to ensure high-quality business cases, clearly defined requirements, and timely delivery of analytics aligned to business priorities

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or higher from an accredited institution AND Seven (7) years of senior product ownership experience.
  • OR High School Diploma/GED from an accredited institution and a minimum of Fourteen (14) years of product ownership experience.
  • 5 years of experience in business intelligence and analytics
  • Deep understanding of the software development lifecycle and product operations
  • Master’s degree in Health Informatics, Analytics, Business Administration, Computer Science, or related discipline from an accredited institution (preferred)
  • Demonstrable experience in healthcare revenue cycle
