Key Responsibilities

  • Customer Engagement: Respond promptly to arenaflex customers via phone, email, and live chat, delivering accurate product information, order updates, and personalized recommendations.
  • Problem Resolution: Investigate and resolve inquiries, complaints, and technical issues, collaborating with internal departments such as Logistics, Product, and Finance to ensure swift, satisfactory outcomes.
  • Product Knowledge: Maintain an up‑to‑date understanding of arenaflex’s extensive product catalog, seasonal promotions, and pet‑care best practices to provide informed guidance.
  • Order Management: Track shipments, process returns, coordinate exchanges, and handle billing inquiries while adhering to company policies and service level agreements.
  • Data Documentation: Accurately log all customer interactions in the CRM system, ensuring data integrity for future reference and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Feedback Loop: Capture customer insights and relay trends to the Product and Marketing teams, contributing to product enhancements and service innovations.
  • Team Collaboration: Participate in regular virtual huddles, training sessions, and cross‑functional projects to share knowledge and elevate the overall customer experience.

Essential Qualifications

  • Communication Excellence: Demonstrated ability to convey information clearly and courteously in both written and verbal formats.
