As we expand our remote workforce, we are looking for a seasoned HR Business Partner who can champion people strategies, drive talent acquisition, and elevate employee experience for our rapidly growing data‑entry teams.

Why This Role Matters

The Senior HR Business Partner will sit at the strategic intersection of Human Resources and the business, acting as a trusted advisor to senior leaders and a champion for our remote data‑entry professionals. This role is pivotal in ensuring that arenaflex’s talent pipeline, performance management, learning initiatives, and diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) programs are aligned with the fast‑paced demands of the media and technology landscape.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Business Partnering: Develop a deep understanding of the data‑entry business units, translate business objectives into HR initiatives, and provide consultative guidance that drives measurable results.
  • Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning: Partner with Talent Acquisition and Compensation teams to forecast headcount needs, design effective recruitment strategies, and ensure a seamless hiring experience for remote candidates.
  • Leadership Coaching & Development: Advise senior managers on performance management, succession planning, and leadership development, fostering a culture of continuous growth.
  • Employee Engagement & Retention: Design and implement engagement programs, pulse surveys, and recognition initiatives that boost morale and reduce turnover among remote data‑entry staff.
  • Learning & Development: Identify skill gaps, collaborate with Learning partners to create targeted training modules, and champion upskilling pathways that keep the workforce future‑ready.
  • DEI Integration: Work closely with DEI councils and employee resource groups to embed inclusive practices into hiring, onboarding, and career progression.
  • HR Analytics & Reporting: Analyze workforce data, surface trends, and present actionable insights to leadership in a clear, compelling manner.
  • Process Improvement: Lead HR projects that streamline onboarding, performance reviews, and talent mobility, leveraging technology to increase efficiency.
  • Change Management: Guide teams through organizational changes, ensuring transparent communication and smooth transitions.
  • Collaboration Across Arenas: Partner with other HR Business Partners, HR Centers of Excellence, and cross‑functional leaders to deliver cohesive, enterprise‑wide HR solutions.

Essential Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field (preferred: HR certification such as SHRM‑CP or PHR).
  • Minimum of 5 years of HR Business Partner experience, preferably within a technology or media organization.
  • Proven track record of influencing senior leaders in an “impact without authority” capacity.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex data sets and translate findings into strategic recommendations.
  • Demonstrated expertise in talent acquisition, performance management, and employee development.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of delivering insights to both executive and frontline audiences.
  • Self‑directed work style with a collaborative spirit, thriving in a remote, fast‑moving environment.

Preferred Qualifications & Additional Skills

  • Experience supporting remote or distributed teams, particularly in data‑entry or high‑volume processing environments.
  • Advanced HR certifications (e.g., SHRM‑SP, SPHR) or a Master’s degree in Human Resources Management.
  • Familiarity with HRIS platforms (Workday, SuccessFactors) and analytics tools (Tableau, Power BI).
  • Background in DEI initiatives, with measurable outcomes in inclusion metrics.
  • Project management experience, preferably with Agile or Lean methodologies.
  • Fluency in multiple languages or experience supporting global teams is a plus.

Core Competencies for Success

  • Strategic Thinking: Ability to see the big picture, anticipate future talent needs, and align HR strategies with business goals.
  • Influence & Negotiation: Skilled at building credibility and persuading stakeholders without direct authority.
  • Data‑Driven Decision Making: Comfortable working with metrics, dashboards, and predictive analytics.
  • Adaptability: Thrives in a dynamic environment, embraces change, and quickly pivots when priorities shift.
  • Emotional Intelligence: Strong interpersonal skills, empathy, and the capacity to manage conflict constructively.
  • Innovation Mindset: Seeks creative solutions to HR challenges, leveraging technology and best practices.
