The Career Grade Planning Officer will manage a diverse caseload of planning applications and collaborate with residents, developers, and stakeholders to enhance the borough's development efforts.

Responsibilities

  • Manage a diverse and exciting caseload, from householder applications and changes of use to large-scale masterplans within designated Opportunity Areas
  • Work collaboratively with residents, developers and key stakeholders
  • Bring strong communication skills, a proactive mindset, and the flexibility to manage competing priorities while contributing new ideas and approaches
