Account Executive
Bluevine is the largest small business banking platform in the U.S., redefining how entrepreneurs manage their money. As an Account Executive, you will work with small and medium-sized business owners to help them grow with financing options, managing the full sales cycle from onboarding to closing for warm leads.
Responsibilities
- Make at least 35-50 calls & send ~40 emails per day to warm leads and approvals
- Manage a pipeline of up to 100 prospects in various stages of the sales cycle, including underwriting review, and closing
- Consistently hit monthly volume, booking rate and cross-sell targets
- Serve as a trusted advisor to SMB owners, ensuring that they are connected with the correct BlueVine product
- Utilize sales engagement tools, lead management software, and CRMs to optimize pipeline management
Skills
- 1+ years of telephone sales experience, ideally in a Fintech and/or selling to SMBs
- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales quota, goal oriented
- Excellent written and verbal communication is key
- Uncompromising hustle and integrity
- Spanish speaking is a plus
