[Remote] Loss Control Reviewer

The Loss Control Reviewer plays a crucial role in ensuring the quality and accuracy of property surveys, identifying hazards, and supporting the timely delivery of reliable data.
Responsibilities
- Review survey photographs to ensure image quality and that all required property elements and characteristics are captured
- Identify and document property hazards and conditions in accordance with client guidelines, ensuring appropriate recommendations are selected
- Review replacement cost (RCT) forms to confirm property characteristics align with survey photos
- Review sketches and dwelling diagrams to ensure accuracy and alignment with the property footprint
- Utilize public data sources to verify property information when needed
- Communicate professionally in writing with field representatives regarding report errors, deficiencies, or clarifications
- Ensure reports meet quality, content, and consistency standards prior to completion
- Portray a professional and positive image of Davies Risk Services with clients, field staff, and internal partners
- Recommend process improvements to enhance productivity, quality, and efficiency
- Act in accordance with Davies policies, procedures, and ethical standards
- Participate in training and apply learned knowledge to continuously improve quality and performance
- Perform additional duties as assigned by management
Skills
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail with analytical and organizational strengths
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Ability to meet established deadlines while maintaining quality standards
- Highly motivated, dependable, and quality‑focused
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite or similar software
- Prior experience in quality assurance, insurance, loss control, or property-related fields preferred
- Experience working in a remote or virtual environment preferred
- Background in service‑oriented roles strongly preferred
