Campus Marketing Coordinator
Fuse is a full-service marketing agency based in Winooski, Vermont that creates authentic brand engagements for teens and young adults. They are seeking a Campus Marketing Coordinator to ensure the successful coordination of all aspects of a brand ambassador program as part of a nationwide campus marketing campaign.
Responsibilities
- Recruiting college students for brand ambassador positions
- Ongoing communication and coordination with ambassadors throughout the program
- Responsible for overseeing ambassadors’ completion of assigned tasks
- Assisting in the development of on and off campus activation plans
- Developing materials to educate ambassadors on the brand and all program details
- Tracking and measuring campaign effectiveness
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in marketing or related field
- Ability to thrive in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
- Expert proficiency with all MS Office programs; Mac proficiency strongly preferred
- Knowledge of college campus life
- Resourceful, creative, collaborative and fun
- Strong project management skills
- Highly organized to ensure flawless execution of numerous tasks
- Big picture thinker and attentive to details
- Polished, professional written & verbal communication skills
- Prior experience as a brand ambassador is a plus

- Fuse offers a hybrid working environment. Fuse employees are welcome to work remotely 2 days per week (Wednesday and Friday) and work in the Winooski, Vermont headquarters on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays to collaborate with coworkers and clients.
