Client Services Data Ops Associate
RapidRatings is an innovative company focused on providing data-driven insights and solutions. They are seeking a Client Services Data Operations Associate to maintain and ensure the integrity of internal databases, support clients in their programs, and develop expertise in third-party platforms.
Responsibilities
- Data Management. Ensuring the integrity of our database of private companies and contacts is critical to our overall program success. The Client Services, Data Operations Associate is an expert in maintaining, updating, and reconciling information across all internal systems
- Task Management & Fulfillment: Work with our team to manage and execute import requests from across our client base. Allocate time to ensure timely responses and successful outcomes for our clients
- Client Program Support: Understand the nuances of how our services fit within various client programs. Support the success of our clients’ programs through providing best practices and strategic guidance to a wide range of stakeholders
- Platform Setup: Utilize Outlook, Churnzero, The FHR Exchange, Salesforce and other resources to support internal and external workflows
Skills
- Excel proficiency required
- Interest in understanding platform function and setup
- Experience working with large data sets a plus
- Strong written and verbal communication
