Key Responsibilities

As a Product Assistance Representative, you will be responsible for

  • Providing live chat support to customers via arenaflex's website and social media accounts
  • Handling incoming customer support questions and sales inquiries in a timely and professional manner
  • Troubleshooting common issues and guiding customers through features and functionalities
  • Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction
  • Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and feedback
  • Staying up-to-date with arenaflex's products and services to provide informed support What You'll Need To succeed in this role, you will require
  • A reliable device with access to social media and website chat functions (phone, tablet, or laptop)
  • The ability to work independently and manage your time effectively

  • A minimum of 10 hours of availability per week
  • A stable and fast internet connection
