As a Data Analyst, you will play a critical role in designing and developing data and analytics solutions, reports, and dashboards for internal and external customers. Job Summary As a Data Analyst, Enterprise Solutions, you will be responsible for leading data analysis efforts, identifying data gaps, and developing reports and dashboards using data from application datasets. You will work closely with clients to understand their requirements, communicate key performance indicators (KPIs), and provide training on effective use of business intelligence (BI) reports and dashboards. Key Responsibilities:

• Lead Data Analysis Efforts: Lead data analysis efforts based on project and program requirements, identifying data gaps and developing solutions to meet analytical needs.
• Report and Dashboard Development: Develop and maintain a suite of reports and dashboards using data from application datasets, publishing periodic reports to highlight key production indicators.
• Client Communication: Communicate clearly and effectively with clients to understand their requirements, present findings, and provide training on BI reports and dashboards.
• Data Manipulation and Visualization: Use T-SQL, PL/SQL, and other data visualization tools to manipulate and visualize data, developing custom Power BI reports per customer requests.
• Training and Support: Provide one-on-one and group training on effective use of BI reports and dashboards, ensuring clients can leverage data-driven insights to drive business decisions.

Requirements and Qualifications Essential Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, Statistics, Mathematics, Information Systems, Information Technology, or equivalent experience.
• Experience: 3+ years of experience in developing visual reports, KPI scorecards, and dashboards using Power BI desktop.
• Data Manipulation: Experience in data manipulation using T-SQL, PL/SQL, and other software.
• Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills and experience in translating data into informative reports and visuals.
• Data Warehousing: Knowledge of data warehousing concepts and industry best practices in information/data management techniques and platforms.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Python and Other Software Languages: Experience in using Python or other relevant software languages.
• PostgreSQL: Familiarity with PostgreSQL is a plus.
• PowerQuery and DAX: Familiarity with PowerQuery and/or DAX is a plus.
• Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to translate business needs into stakeholder-facing reports and dashboards.
