[Remote] Senior Accounts Receivable Analyst
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. BayOne Solutions is seeking a Senior Accounts Receivable Analyst to manage a collections portfolio. The role involves handling B2B accounts receivable and resolving billing disputes in a SaaS or technology company environment.
Responsibilities
- Must have independently owned a collections portfolio
- B2B AR/collections experience (enterprise or mid-market)
- Excel/Google Sheets: "Comfortable with pivot tables and lookups, and data analysis
- Resolved billing disputes cross-functionally with Sales, Billing, or OM
- Experience in B2B (Business to Business)
- SaaS or technology company environment
- Experience with collection automation platforms (Tesorio / HighRadius / Growfin / Billtrust / Sidetrade or similar)
- Experience with ERP systems (Workday, NetSuite, SAP, Oracle or similar)
