Diamond Accelerator is a national digital marketing and consulting agency focused on medical aesthetic practices, seeking a Facebook Ads Specialist to manage multiple ad accounts. The role involves crafting and optimizing Facebook ads, managing budgets, and reporting campaign results while working remotely.
Responsibilities
- Manage and troubleshoot getting access to new clients Facebook Business Manager
- Crafting Facebook ads, landing pages and set up automation using our plug and play templates
- Sprinkle your magic and actively optimize campaigns using our proven process and protocols.Actively monitor and report campaign results
- Identify and leverage trends in campaign performance, optimizing strategies for maximum ROI
- Identify campaigns that are struggling and require new offers, creatives, copy, audiences, and landing pages for testing
- Manage and update the advertising budget for each account based on best-performing campaigns from a revenue standpoint
- When restricted ad accounts and Facebook pages act up, you'll be the Gandalf of problem-solving โ keeping your cool while vanquishing digital demons
- You'll be the Facebook maestro during team powwows and the star of the show at our weekly departmental gatherings
Skills
- Must live in North America
- At least 2 years of Facebook Ads experience
- Managing 20-30 Facebook Ad accounts (avg $30k-50k in ad spend/mo management)
- Strong analytical skills
- Attention to detail
- Great communication skills
- Ability to manage every aspect of the marketing campaign (ads, landing pages, and automation)
- Experience with ClickUp
