Skills
- 3-5 years of experience in a brand marketing, social media, or content marketing role
- Experience managing social media and online reputation across multiple locations or brands simultaneously
- Strong creative instincts paired with analytical discipline - you can build a content calendar and read a performance dashboard with equal confidence
- Deep familiarity with Google Business Profile, Meta Business Suite, and reputation management platforms
- Ability to manage multiple brands simultaneously without requiring daily direction
- Strong writing skills with the ability to adapt voice and tone across distinct brand identities
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate across brand and regional teams
- Solid problem-solving and independent decision-making abilities
- Ability to travel up to 25% of the time
- Experience in home services, multi-location, or franchise marketing preferred
