[Remote] Sales Engineer (Advanced Assembly Tools & Manufacturing Solutions)
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. #twiceasnice Recruiting is seeking a Sales Engineer to join a client in the industrial manufacturing solutions industry. In this role, you will serve as a technical consultant, helping customers improve productivity and efficiency through advanced assembly tools and material handling solutions.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate manufacturing processes and identify productivity improvements
- Recommend advanced assembly tools, precision fastening, and material handling solutions
- Partner with sales to support customer meetings, presentations, & make recommendations
- Conduct equipment demonstrations for customers and end users
- Assess existing equipment and recommend upgrades or automations
- Configure tooling and material handling systems based on customer requirements
- Create bills of materials (BOMs) to support customer quotes and proposals
- Assist with the implementation, setup, and deployment of recommended solutions
- Troubleshoot manufacturing and production challenges at customer facilities
- Provide technical training on equipment operation, maintenance, and best practices
- Stay current on new products, manufacturing technologies, and industry trends
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in engineering OR manufacturing solutions sales experience is required
- Foundational knowledge of advanced assembly tools or material handling equipment is required
- Strong mechanical aptitude and technical problem-solving skills are required
- Valid driver's license and ability to travel throughout the assigned territory is required
- Open to entry level candidates with Engineering degrees
